Shipping Policy
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–7 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days for delivery transit. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email after 24 business hours starting from the time you place your order.
Damages
To be eligible for a return or claim, if you receive your order damaged, please refer to our Return Policy for the applicable conditions and procedure.
Payment Transactions
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Delivery Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Any issues arising from an incorrect or incomplete address may result in delayed delivery or additional charges.
Undeliverable Orders
If the delivery driver is unable to reach you due to incorrect contact information, you being unavailable, or any other issue, the delivery will be rescheduled. If you cannot be contacted after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
Holiday & Special Event Deliveries
During holidays or special events, delivery times may be longer due to high demand or local closures. Please allow additional time for delivery during these periods.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery resulting from a Force Majeure event, including, without limitation, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, government actions or restrictions, transportation or logistical disruptions, pandemics, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a Force Majeure, delivery times may be extended, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any anticipated delays.

فيما يلي الشروط والأحكام التي تمثل سياسة الشحن والتسليم المعتمدة لدينا.
وقت معالجة الشحنة
تتم معالجة جميع الطلبيات وشحنها خلال 1–7 أيام عمل. وقد تتأخر الشحنات في حال كانت لدينا كمية كبيرة من الطلبيات. يرجى منح عدد إضافي من الأيام للنقل والتسليم، علماً أننا سنتواصل معك عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف في حال وجود تأخير كبير في شحن طلبيتك.

تأكيد الشحن
ستتلقى رسالة إلكترونية تؤكد الشحن بعد 24 ساعة عمل من وقت تثبيت طلبيتك.
الأضرار
كي تكون مؤهلاً للإرجاع أو تقديم مطالبة، في حال استلامك الطلبية متضررة، يرجى الرجوع إلى سياسة الإرجاع للاطلاع على الشروط والإجراءات المعمول بها.
عمليات الدفع
قد تؤدي العمليات المتعددة إلى معاملات متعددة في الكشف الشهري لحامل البطاقة.
دقة عنوان التسليم
تقع على عاتقك مسؤولية ضمان دقة عنوان الشحن المقدم واكتماله. وقد تؤدي أي مشاكل ناتجة عن عدم صحة العنوان أو عدم اكتماله إلى التأخر في التسليم أو إلى زيادة في الأجور.
طلبيات غير قابلة للتسليم
في حال عدم قدرة سائق التوصيل على الوصول إليك بسبب عدم صحة معلومات الاتصال أو عدم وجودك أو أية مشكلة أخرى، ستتم إعادة جدولة التسليم. وفي حال تعذر التواصل معك بعد عدة محاولات، قد يتم إرجاع الطلبية إلينا وقد تترتب عليك أجور شحن إضافية بسبب إعادة التسليم.
التسليم في العطل والمناسبات الخاصة
أثناء العطل أو المناسبات الخاصة، قد يستغرق التسليم وقتاً أطول بسبب ارتفاع الطلب أو الإغلاقات المحلية. يرجى السماح بوقت إضافي للتسليم أثناء هذه الفترات.
القوة القاهرة
لا نتحمل أية مسؤولية عن أي تأخير أو عدم تسليم ناتج عن حدث من أحداث القوة القاهرة، بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، الكوارث الطبيعية أو الإضرابات أو النزاعات العمالية أو الإجراءات الحكومية أو القيود الحكومية أو النقل أو الانقطاعات اللوجستية أو الجوائح أو أي ظروف أخرى خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة. وفي حال وقوع حدث من أحداث القوة القاهرة، قد يتم تمديد أوقات التسليم، وسنبذل جهوداً معقولة لإبلاغك بأي تأخيرات متوقعة.
