      Soft'r Melting technology is an improver and mixes solution that allows you to create the perfect melting texture for medium and sweet bread applications, from the day they are made to the end of their shelf life. .High performance improver in powder form for the production of soft yeast raised breads and rolls with a minimum level of 10% sugar and 5% fat. This improver can also be used for the production of all types of yeast raised fried products.


    How to use


      Usage rate 2.5-3.5% on flour weight.
