-  Discover the unparalleled smooth sensation of pure dark chocolate, made with 100% natural cocoa mass and cocoa butter.


How to use


- For tempering chocolate: melt approximately 90% of the chocolate you need completely at 45-50°C (104-122°F) while saving 10% of it for the next step, once melted, add in the remaining 10% and mix until you reach 29°-31°C (87°-89°F). your chocolate is tempered and ready to use, will set when cooled.

- Could be melted and used for enrobing, molding, flavoring and panning or according to customer recipe.
