Tegral Biscuit is a complete patisserie mix in powder. 

Usage rate / recipe:

• Tegral Biscuit 1000g 
• Eggs 750g 
• Water 100g

Application / method: 

• Join all ingredients and mix with a beater for 5-7 minutes, fast speed to get a homogeneous batter.  
• Bake at an oven temperature 180°C. Baking time 30 minutes.
